I started the Buy Sell Hold Column in Fall of 2010 for Money Morning. There was a total of 18 selections with a total of 14 buys, 3 sells and a hold during 2010.

The portfolio is a mix of large cap stable dividend payers, and smaller cap growth stocks with real organic growth still in them.  It has mix of sectors.

In 2011, there will no longer be a connection between model portfolio ideas submitted here, and the BSH column ideas.  They will each have their own write ups and or comments.

The Buy Sell Hold column of 2010 has done really well in the bull market conditions the choices were made in.  It will be interesting to see how they age over time.

Here is an excel sheet that tracks the on going performance. The file includes a macro that auto updates the choices with the latest available quote.
